Good jacket for the money. Heavy model with excellent fleece lining with zip. Unfortunately I had to return it as it was too heavy for my purposes. I think it would be good for winter outdoor activities like skiing, snowmobiling, etc. It's a bit big, so make sure to order when you buy this jacket.

I love the pink color of this jacket. I'm a size 8-10 in women's clothing and I'm 5ft 5in tall. I ordered a medium size and it fit me so I gave the jacket to my niece and ordered a large. I wore it on a trip to Chicago and it was raining. We ran a lot in the rain but I wasn't sure if I was sweating or if the water was running. That's why I gave 4 stars. I love all the pockets in the jacket!

Ideal. That's exactly what I wanted. It has many pockets with Velcro and zippers. Light weight and keep you dry on rainy days. UPDATE: I've had this jacket for 4 months now. I only had to wear it a few times when it was raining or when it was windy outside. I recently noticed that the seam under my arm had come undone. and fast. It was a small hole at first, but by the end of the day it was about 8 inches long. Since I don't sew, I need to find someone to fix it. Pooh.

I took the advice of another reviewer and bought this jacket a size up (large) which fits me perfectly, even with a clim mid layer underneath. I really like the colors and the length is great, but the material is definitely not waterproof. I'll take another reviewer's recommendation and spray them with a waterproofing spray and hopefully that will fix the problem. Also, the material is obviously not as durable as Gore-Tex (didn't expect it for the price), but it's still a good jacket for hiking

I bought this coat for my daughter who usually comes in L to XL for women and I would say her shoulders are wider. I think I bought XL in this jacket and it fits perfectly. Arm length is not short. She's probably around 5'5 or 150 if that helps with height. The jacket is smooth and very warm without adding bulk. My kid wore both the outer cover and the inner cover separately as fall coats. A couple of things: the jacket will withstand light rain but will get wet in heavier weather.
