My husband put it together, he said it was easy as he only had to attach the wheels. We have this bad boy and my Pomeranian LOVES him! Now he can go to the park and we don't have to worry about him getting too tired. I'm 5ft 5in and it was a good size for me, neither tall nor short, with my arms bent. My husband is 6ft 1in and he said he is a little short and he can feel it in his shoulders. I wouldn't recommend this for running and it's easy to do on a rear wheel. But it's not bulky, there were plenty of pockets, it's lighter than I thought it would be, and the wheels aren't cheap hard plastic. I walked on grass, bumpy rock cement and just plain maneuvering was great! Definitely recommend. My Pomeranian is 12lbs (on the chunky side) and I find it perfect for 1 dog, but I could easily fit a slightly smaller dog.
