Review on Cordiant Winter Drive 2 175/70 R13 82T by Boguslawa Kencler ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not exactly the product that I wanted, the price and quality do not match.

Size 205/55/16, bought after Nokian Hakapelitta R2 195/55/16, car lada vesta sedan. I took it for a promotion + they returned 10%, and I fell for it + I had tires of the first version on another car (they are completely different). Who after the Cordiant Winter Drive decided to take the Cordiant WInter Drive 2 know, apart from the name, they have nothing in common. The first 1000 km it was silent, I already went nuts, I didn’t hear the rubber at 100 km / h, but then it passed and it began to make more noise than the Hakapeliita R2 already erased by 4-5mm. The sidewall is very soft, at a pressure of 2.1 I drove onto the curb with one wheel (I had to look under the car) and the wheel was like 0 flat. A friend took the same and managed to break two already in a season. Rubber is not soft and not quiet, it is only cheap, but unlike the same Cordiant Winter Drive of the first version, it does not drive a car in positive weather, the car does not float. It was the same on the hakapelitta, but at the same time, the hakapelitta swallowed bumps much better. After the hakapelitta, it rows fabulously in the snow (I often go to the private sector uphill at 35 degrees, where only at speed), but perhaps the fact is that the hakapelitta was already tired. Wouldn't buy this tire again. With saved a penny, and ride it for a long time. I will attach a photo of how it looks on the vest, maybe it will be useful for someone to compare with the regular size.

Pros
  • 1. Price 2. Tread pattern 3. Riding on snow, snow porridge
Cons
  • 1. soft sidewall 2. hard rubber
