A friend recommended this product for facial massage and I bought it. Sometimes I get pain from facial expressions, allergies or tension headaches and this video really helps. I use it on my jaw when it hurts. I use it on the muscles around and between my eyebrows. I also apply it to my temples when I have tension headaches or anxiety about allergies, when my eyes are red and swollen and my head feels hot and heavy. Trust me it works! That just relieves the tension. I put the roller in the fridge for a few minutes then massage the tight spots and oh my god it works wonders! This is my way now. Great item, highly recommend!
