Why is it so hard to find good clippers?!?! It got too many good reviews and then 1 or 2 people turned it down because the blade got too hot and I wasn't listening! I used it directly on my face to shave my facial hair and after just a few minutes it got too hot to use. The blades themselves felt nice and comfortable, but they didn't seem to cut very well either. Don't buy this, it sucks! Now I have to roll again to try another hair clipper, so ridiculous. I also really liked the digital display and the battery life seemed good. You might not feel warm with guards, I haven't tried them (although maybe I should before sending them back). And yet only the USB cable for the charger? Who the heck has a USB charging socket in the bathroom!?!?!Ok LOL I just shaved my head with this and again it's disappointing because I love this hair clipper so much it seems sturdy and very quiet , and lowest numbered comb (3) I didn't really feel the heat from the blade, but when I took it off, the blade itself was too hot to keep my finger on it for more than a few seconds. I also wish it had more comb choices, my old set was number 1 and I prefer it for head shaving.
