This should be in all trailers!

I'm new to RV/Trailers but I don't understand how people can live without one! A bit tricky to connect (power battery from the front with long cables so one day I can connect it directly) but very easy after that. Starting the pump with the hose not kinked - uphill! - and emptying the tanks is quick and clean. I can empty, then refill with fresh water to clean, and empty again TWICE before the guy next to me finishes. It's fast, keeps my tanks clean and self-cleaning! What I recommend: First, a durable, kink-resistant garden hose for your sewer system. The hose was kinked. That's never a problem, but we're dealing with pressurized feces, so I upgraded my hose. Secondly, a non-return valve for the "fresh water" line for cleaning the tank. Never use your drinking water hose for this, even with a backflow preventer, but you should still use it to protect faucets and devices that supply you with water. Third, I lengthened the power cord a bit for easy access to the battery. . You may also need this. Fourth, a clear adapter like this Valterra T1026-1 45ยฐ Clearview Adapter with a 3" protrusion to see when the tanks are clean! , they're weird) and I know when the tank is clean enough.

Pros
  • Garden hose drain, fresh water flush options
Cons
  • Protection
