I bought this for my wife who had very thick skin on her heels. It was so thick that it even burst and bled. My wife is diabetic so it is very dangerous. We have not attempted anything to treat this area and we were both very concerned. She went to the doctor who gave her an antibiotic cream, advised her to soak her feet in vinegar water and use a cream with 30% urea. The sore part under the tear is gone, the hard skin is almost gone and her legs are starting to look nice again. It's amazing!
