This drive works like clockwork and it's great to have 64GB on hand. I use it to transfer large amounts of data from one computer to another or as backup storage on my Ultrabook, which only has a 128GB SSD and sometimes fills up when traveling. The only problem with this drive is that the write speed is very slow (7MB/s). I didn't consider that when I bought it and probably would have gone for another USB drive with faster write speeds (which also costs more). For example, some 64GB USB sticks that are $30 more expensive can record up to 10x faster. Because of this slow speed, it is actually faster to copy data between computers over an Ethernet network connection than first copying it to a flash drive and then to a second computer. For example, it takes 78 minutes to write 32GB to this drive. if it has been running at the maximum specified speed the whole time. A typical hard drive can write at 100-150MB/s so you can understand how slow this USB drive is. Now buying a super fast USB drive doesn't help you if you plug it into a USB2 port which is limited to 60MB/s anyway, but this drive is much slower so this drive won't even get off the USB2 port is held back. Summary - this is a very good price for 64GB, but not very fast.
