The unit is sleek and stylish, stands on the floor (doesn't compromise efficiency...) and has a modern and clean look. The display is easy to read and responds quickly to weight applied to the surface. Once set, the weight is displayed long enough for your significant other to stare at you and catch you exaggerating your weight loss. The woman is on a diet, like me, of course, in protest. They can simply log into the phone app and track their data points individually. This appears to be accurate within error for weight, however I categorically disagree with calculating body fat percentage. Not out of anger or denial, but in light of the fact that at over 6ft tall I need to weigh about 160lbs to be happy. Compared to a calibrated radiator in a doctor's office, it is about over 15%. It should be noted that 14 pounds have been lost and the body fat calculation has not changed, further confirming the inaccuracy. Ultimately, this doesn't replace good medical advice (or quackery, depending on your point of view, I suppose), but gives you a guideline for progress. So even if it's wrong, if the numbers keep going down, you're on the right track...
