My first scale arrived that didn't connect via Bluetooth. Bluetooth turned on but turned off after a few seconds. I contacted the seller who sold the scale through Revain, they responded quickly and exchanged the scale without returning the first scale. These scales work great in or through the app. Love the app, it keeps all the weight in the information!
