A firm hand is required.

You have a very interesting hook, very small. I'm pretty sure it will get through the smallest eye of a needle like this. But they also bend easily. And with my old eyesight and shaky hand, I'm not a good shot at putting a hook through a needle. A word of caution: the hook is very sharp and easily penetrates the skin.
