I love this jug. I bought this to replace another infuser with a plastic insert. I was concerned about plastic leaching in the water as I have to use boiling water for some recipes. This jug has a removable stainless steel strainer. I love this feature as I can remove the tea strainer to extract fruit and tea as needed. I read other reviews about thin glass. This jug is made of thicker glass and looks good. The pitcher I received had a flaw on the handle due to the pouring or heating process. It's okay, I called Revain and they sent a replacement. I'm thinking of buying more of these as Christmas gifts for my family. Since I've been drinking infused water, I've been drinking less soda. I look forward to drinking my infused water. Cinnamon Apple Water is great for the holidays or anytime. For your health.
