This is an updated review. After I posted the original review, the seller contacted me and resolved the issue. They send me spare parts. Excellent customer service. PERFECT! Previous review: I bought several of these: 3 4-light, 2 3-light and 1 2-light. When I received the goods, 2 glasses were broken but 1 was not. I have written to the seller but there is no reply. And you can't get anyone from Revain. The light itself looks amazing but now I have to buy a 4 bulb light to replace what was broken and missing. If I had received everything as it should have been and a response from the seller I would give them 5 stars.
