I like that it's easy to use for employees who are new or not familiar with Outlook/Outlook 365 integration; also allows you as an admin user access all calendars in one place (whereas previously each employee would have their own individual outlook).
The only downside is how quickly things can get out of hand when too many people share 1 account - there needs be some way where multiple users cannot see changes made by other members until approved first? This has happened at least once while we've been using this tool so far! We're solving our time management issues through being able to easily view upcoming events throughout various staff levels within my organization without having them needing separate accounts / email addresses etc...
