I like that it's easy to use for employees who are new or not familiar with Outlook/Outlook 365 integration; also allows you as an admin user access all calendars in one place (whereas previously each employee would have their own individual outlook). I like that it allows you to see all your appointments in one place, which makes planning meetings much easier. The interface is also very intuitive. It's easy to use, and I've had no problems with it so far. I would say that it could be more user friendly if there were some features missing. For example, it doesn't allow you to add multiple time zones at once, which can make scheduling meetings across timezones more difficult. It also doesn't have any search functionality, which can be helpful
