Yes, they are indeed waterproof.

I bought these for my 7 year old daughter because they are waterproof. If she wasn't happy at first (she wanted purple, not grey, haha) then she was sold after I doused her with a glass of water and showed how well they repel water. I tightened them up and they are too long which is a problem because the seam rips if I only wear them a few times. But they are waterproof as advertised, hence 5 stars in my opinion.

Front zip bib for quick and easy toileting; Grow-A-Long pants stretch up to two inches so boys and girls can wear them long; Zippered ankles fit inside or over winter boots; Winter gaiters in the legs protect against cold and snow, making them the best outerwear for winter in arctic conditions.
