Light, comfortable, at first I didn't know how to insert the hose from the front, there is a hole inside on both shoulders. I like that the mouthpiece has a cap to drink the soft rubber around, it sucks up easily, the cap itself is pushed to close. The pocket is insulated for the hydration bladder and there is another compartment for everything else as well as another smaller pocket on the outside. The chest strap can move up or down. There are 3 more pockets, one with a zip and two for extra bottles or gels, energy bars. The only thing missing is another clip on the straps that pulls on the end of the shoulder straps, but it can be added. I'm a petite woman and I don't feel comfortable, I only use it for hiking and I do long runs, but the soft back makes you sweat more.
