At first I was pleasantly surprised by the design and the beautiful look of the belt. Unfortunately I didn't read the instructions carefully enough and assumed the length on the back was correct and trimmed it down to my usual waist size, which turned out to be too small and rendered the belt unusable. I cursed myself and bought a second strap, which I shortened a little longer this time. After 2 months of use, the end where the buckle is attached has worn out. I may be able to cut it down a bit and wear some more, but I can't recommend this design. I had the previous belt for almost ten years, this one wears out much faster.
