I like cheap. I just like it. It does the job. Ivory soap is made from tallow, i.e. animal fat. This is how soap has been made for centuries. Also used is sodium palmate, which is derived from palm oil and sodium hydroxide (salt and hydrogen). The smallest part is tetrasodium EDTA (Na₄EDTA4H₂O), a slightly acidic salt product that is safe and widely used in skin care. This is the exact same formula that has been used since 1876. She works. It is save.
