Don't buy them if you need them for cutting food quickly.

Too small and not worth the price for its size or features. It didn't make cutting baby food any easier. Cutting regular sized pancakes for my 3 toddlers became even more of a challenge with this product. I went back to my old method. I went to the store and bought a pair of regular Sears. Well cleaned and sterilized. And the prep time for cutting kids meals is fast. These searers were washed and placed in my ten year old's school basket. It would be great if the blades were longer.
