Top zippers snag
Travel bag is great for my cat. The only issue I have is the top loading zipper. When they go around corners, they get stuck as if they're clinging to something they're not. I sent the first one back thinking it was just an accident. But the second does the same. And even worse. I really wanted to load from the top because my kitty is very fast. Closing this zipper allows her to pop out quicker.
