We have been using BDE since 2006 as our full-scale business system that handle accounting department for multiple clients at once. It has never failed us so far until this time where every client's data was stored into one file when upgrading to new server (4TB drive). That caused some issues of slow down process because it takes long amount or hours just loading few files instead several minutes only. The product still good but i would recommend upgrade your 4 TB drives if available before doing further changes/upgrade otherwise you may face downtime which will affect customer experience negatively. I can say overall we are very happy user right now even though there were not much updates from their side recently i am confident they won't disappoint customers again anytime soon. It provides all of our needs from tracking to reporting it handles multiple vendors very well as we have several customers that use different vendor items so being able to track them in one system has made things much easier. I haven't had any issues at this point but if there are problems they will be identified quickly by their support team and resolved. Being able to keep up to date through reports allows us time off or vacation requests without having to do manual checks.
