It's easy for me because I have no issues getting started or managing my processes within this software package! There are some features which could be enhanced but all things considered - how many other vendors provide such excellent products? Also they do not use Sharepoint as far as i am aware; therefore if your workforce is more familiar/comfortable working from there then perhaps look elsewhere!! The benefits we've received include improved staff efficiency by being able to quickly identify what needs doing next (or even before!). This reduces overall workload allowing us greater focus & productivity while meeting customer expectations regarding turnaround times etc. I like how easy it is to use this software - everything from creating new reports to running queries are just clicks away! There isn't anything I dislike about this product at all. It's very user friendly which makes our job easier as well. Great for tracking budgets and reporting needs as we have several different departments within the organization utilizing this program.
