This is a sleek credit card holder and it does just that. Made of plastic, with a thick rubber band for holding bills. The black strap (strap material) that prevents credit cards from falling off is very difficult to unlock/remove. I will not be returning it because it is exactly what I need. It's not great quality, but what do you really expect from a $4 product? I'll use it for myself, but I definitely won't give it to anyone.
