quality control is terrible. The left shoe is usually a little looser because my left foot is smaller. Their RIGHT shoe was almost an inch longer on the inside than it should have been. Both shoes were marked "11.5". I ordered 11.5 wides. Revain's Philippine "office" lied four times about my refund, but I finally got it. Then I ordered 11W. They sent me 11Medium. These "Mediums" were too long and quite wide. I'm sending these back too. The inscription on the box speaks of American traditions. The shoes are made in the Dominican Republic. The shoe box arrived damaged as it was sent in a flimsy plastic envelope instead of the shipping box. The quality of the cardboard corresponds to that of the Pacific Rim.
