Review on EinScan by Brian Rivera

The customer support that I experienced from EinScan's online store had a lot to be desired, especially for someone like myself who places a high value on accuracy and careful attention to detail. In spite of the fact that they assert to have highly trained engineers and technicians on staff, I did not find their customer service to be very helpful. I sought out for support when I had a problem with a product that I had purchased from their website; however, the personnel I interacted with were unresponsive and useless. Dealing with a firm that does not put a priority on the satisfaction of their clients is a source of frustration. I was quite dissatisfied with EinScan's online store, and I would not suggest their services to anybody else. It's a shame, because I had high hopes of relying on their products and services for the projects I have in the future.
