Not bad but not great
The first Puma backpack was amazing. This one has arrived and seems lighter/cheaper. Everything is fine except the inner zip came loose when I unzipped it and opened the bag. I don't really need Lightning there, so I'm not sending it back. Also, I need the bag now, not when the replacement comes. I bought it because I'm happy with the color. The quality is not very good, I think it will last a year.
