I installed the first cartridge and noticed that the print on one side of a line of text was fading. I've tried shaking the cartridge and cleaning the corona wire inside the case, but that didn't help. I tried a second cartridge and it printed evenly but there were dark spots on the paper. I noticed that there was some kind of sticky substance on the rim of the cartridge near the drum that toner stuck to. I contacted the seller for a replacement; Lets see what happens. Update: The seller offered to send me two replacement cartridges without even asking for the defective ones to be returned. They also asked for the batch number of the defective cartridges, so I assume they are interested in improving the quality. Good customer support so far. Update 2: Replacement cartridges have arrived. I opened one up and installed it and it worked fine. Improve rating to 5 stars.
