I think I received different gloves than those mentioned in other reviews. I wanted to use them for frying. Tonight I put a cast iron skillet on the grill and heated it to about 400 degrees. Put on gloves to move the pan. Of course I didn't burn myself. But the longest I could hold in the pan was a few seconds at best. When it came time to carry the pot in for dinner, I had to take some old leather gloves and use them as gloved potholders to carry it in. It's comfortable there. You look good. But I can't understand how anyone could use them for grilling.
