I purchased 2 of these hearing aids for my grandfather, who has moderate to severe hearing loss in both of his ears. Needless to say after looking at and trying a couple different hearing aids my grandpa felt like these were good enough to where it wasn’t hurting his ears. I think he just got tired of trying a lot of different hearing aids every other week to see if they would work. This he felt as though were a lot better in comparison to others. However 1 of the 2 hearing aids I purchased failed to last for more than one month. Whenever we try to turn it on it blinks a very light blue color faintly, and doesn’t turn on at all. This is very disappointing because these are pretty expensive and one of them failed to last my grandpa over a month. I do not know how long the other will last, This product is not what you think you are getting, especially for the price. Feels like I wasted money on a product that was supposed to provide relief for my grandpa.Update* After Talking Kaven, the customer service agent I felt a lot better about the issue, he quickly tried to resolve my problem and sent me a replacement for the broken one, and he also told me he would be sending a second hand replacement for the working one already just in case anything happens. I feel a lot better regarding this issue and would suggest you talk to Kaven first. I will be updating again once I receive the other replacement unit.
