But what about reviews that start well - has the product stood the test? Heating systems, no matter what kind, appear to be problematic in the long run. With that in mind, I wanted to reconsider my review 2 years later. Both DeLonghi heaters are still great. First Review: This is the second HSX3315FTS that I have purchased. The first occurred in early 2018 when the weather in St. Louis deteriorated dramatically. It was the only device that warmed a very cold room and kept me comfortable. The device is silent (quiet, like an oil heater) while maintaining a stable room temperature. However, if necessary, you can adjust the fan for faster air injection. This is ideal when the days are still warm, but after a chilly night the room needs some help. After the success of the 1st device, don't hesitate to buy the 2nd device even though it is not used in such a cold room. Conclusion: all the time quiet stable heat; Additional fan for the booster.
