A little sister wanted this necklace for her mother's birthday. The necklace itself looked like a great gift idea. When I received it I was blown away by the packaging and thought it was really cool for a gift. A real necklace is very cheap. It says it is 925 sterling silver but coming from someone who has been involved in jewelry for over 20 years the quality is literally what I could buy from a vending machine for 0.25 cents. It has corrosion on the clip and tarnish from the heart on the sides. The protruding bead was really cool to look at, so this one has 2 starts, a pack, and a cool bead. In my opinion you pay more for the packaging than for the chain. Not worth anywhere near $30. Not really mad about it but definitely wouldn't buy it.
