I didn't quite believe a few other reviewers and figured that since my case is 12 x 21 the extra length would make up for the 'exact' width - well, that it doesn't t! The 24-inch length hardly looks normal as it fills the edges, but the width doesn't even fill to the brim. Like the other reviewer, I couldn't stuff it in to really fill in the corners. On the plus side, the insert isn't lumpy and looks well made. Overall it is about 3-4 inches thick in the center and crumples down to about 2 1/2 inches. Another problem was that Revane didn't notify me when he didn't arrive on the scheduled day! I checked the tracking information on their website and it said the pillow arrived damaged (I think) so my order was cancelled. It would be nice to know! I paid $9.95 for the first one and had to pay $13.95 for a repeat order. The woman I spoke to on the phone said she couldn't quote me the original price because it wasn't shipped by Revain, but she gave me a $10 credit toward my next Revain purchase. My first purchase was credited with no issues. She also said she could not upgrade my delivery for free. My new ship date was 7-14 days but it arrived about 5 days later. Too much misinformation and had to work too hard and wait too long for the pillow to be inserted!
