1 month of use before it broke.
Cheap plastic, broke after 2 weeks of use. Fans went out after 4 weeks. Only lasted 1 month. (August 1st - September 1st). Keep your back in place at least 5-10 times a day. I'm 71 so it wasn't abuse. I will not buy again. The company needs to use better (thicker) plastic and use rods where the front and back join.
