This is my first neck massager. I used to have a full size massager that didn't fit me. The buttons are easy to use and operate. It's a little tricky to position it where you want it, so I sit in the chair and recline the backrest a bit so I can lay the massager on my back and then tilt my head back around rest where I want. be. I don't stress it lest it break. Each cycle lasts 20 minutes and the instructions state not to use more than that. Unlike my other massager, this one actually releases heat halfway through a cycle, which I really like and is very soothing. Each side has two hard plastic spinners with attached handles that spin and massage. Despite the thinner neck, the largest grip can reach my neck and do a good job. My muscles are rock hard and very tight, so I'm in a bit of pain right now, even at a slow pace. There are three speed modes, which is very convenient. I prefer slow and my husband prefers fast. If I could change that, I would add a softer flannel flap to cover the nylon/polyester mesh that covers the massage spinners because it's annoying after 20 minutes on bare skin. I wrap mine in a soft towel and feel better. Nothing compares to a massage with a real person, but if like me you have neck pain, it helps relieve it. The only thing I miss about the full body massager is that I didn't have to constantly adjust it to get anywhere. Sometimes my skin feels a little rough because I'm in the same place all the time. In addition, this does not apply to the middle of the neck on the spine. Make pages only.
