I generally do not consent to the use of teeth whitening gels; I have always used peroxide mouthwash [brown bottle] before brushing my teeth and then applied a lightly abrasive toothpaste. After using the whitening gel I noticed my teeth were 5-6 shades whiter; I have very elastic enamel, so no products work on my teeth - they're not terribly yellow and always shiny; I just wanted to increase the brightness a bit. This is a good product, but I warn everyone: constant use of whitening products, especially gels, will lead to premature tooth decay. I bought it for single use only. Use it at maximum exposure for 2 hours and I'm comfortable not using it again - just peroxide and Dr. Collins toothpaste and you're done!
