The mount is excellent - the rest of the parts are of very poor quality.
Shade is too cheap and stand is very flimsy. The only thing I can say is that the actual flash mount is good enough so I'll keep it to myself and throw away the rest. I very rarely use an external flash so I didn't want to spend a lot. Didn't spend much = got a lot of junk.

- Good diffusion of light from any flash/strobe or steady light, reflects and distributes luminous flux evenly, eliminates glare and smudges
