The fact we can build complex processes with ease as well as test them using our pre defined scenarios makes this software highly suitable while preparing business cases. It has helped us save time & money by reducing trial run times of new ideas before implementation thereby increasing ROI. There's nothing I don't like about shiftx so far - it does what you tell it but sometimes requires some manual intervention which takes away from automation factor. We have used shift x mainly to analyze existing solutions along side creating innovative ones hence there isn't much scope of improvement at present however suggestions would be useful if provided. Using Shift X lets organizations easily create workflows that drive their own innovation rather than having others do all the heavy lifting.
