The physical product itself came in its original packaging and in perfect condition. I liked it very much. The game itself is a masterpiece. Interface, gameplay, set design, music and characters make this game perhaps the best in the world of fighting games. Cons: The few times I've played online I've been disappointed. The framerate was extremely low, rendering the competition useless. Hoping that the problem can be fixed. Interestingly; I've noticed how much I (I'm in my 30's) and even small children are drawn to different characters and feel like this game was made individually for us. very varied, I rate this game 9.8 out of 10
