I have a lot of anxiety and I told someone I love how the LED apron felt when taking an x-ray at the dentist. They told me to look for a small weighted blanket. It was exactly what I wanted and it works wonders to calm and soothe me. I also love the drawing on it. I know it's for kids, but it works well for adults too.
