I have owned many non-stick cookware and bakeware and nothing beats the Gotham cookware and bakeware sets that I have purchased. With this baking pan set, we don't have to grease the baking sheets. The food just slides off. My daughter made some muffin tin cupcakes and they turned out perfect! I baked a couple of hot dogs and they cooked well and the pan was so easy to clean. I just sprayed it with water and it came on right away. I recommend this set. But you should take care of it. The instructions state not to use sharp utensils or metal utensils. So I bought a nice set of silicone cookware to match my cookware and copper casserole dish. The directions also say not to use cooking sprays like Pam did as it would ruin the pans and make the food stick. I try to use as little vegetable oil as possible to keep this working for me.
