I've always been a fan of small knives because the chef's knife scared me. Luckily for me, this Dystrong chef's knife is just amazing. The blade is very sharp, I almost cut myself the first time I used it. The handle is comfortable to hold, it fits in the palm of your hand, the hand wraps easily around the handle.
