The best thing about NavOps, as I see it so far, has been that you can create your own rules which are not always available in other products out there. This makes managing my infrastructure easier than with others because they have more pre-defined options/rules but at times this also means that some things cannot be done unless someone else creates custom ones (which would require additional time). It's really easy to use once set up correctly! There isn't much dislike yet since we're still testing everything before going live. We've created our first rule using existing templates from their website.
