Very fast fading! I live in Las Vegas. I bought these hats because I'm allowed to wear hats at work and I also needed a pair for free time and weekends. I wore these two hats almost every day, one or the other, for about a month and the black one blew through! Heavily faded and the sweat stains actually turned the lighter stripe into denim from the peak to the part that goes over the head which looks gross. The gray held up much better, but once the sweat got through the cap onto the visor it was all over. Stains. Lots of stains! The thing is, these hats are PERFECT if you're looking for a cheap, comfortable hat that can be used for hiking, camping, or just other basic activities that can get dirty and then toss and order more when needed because they're cheap are. ! You won't find a more comfortable ORIGINAL FLEXFIT HAT for the price, especially not for two. Just be aware that unless you only wear your hat here or there on the weekends, they won't last. If you sweat a lot and are active outdoors and want a hat that is still cheap but made out of polyester rather than cotton that will stand up to the harsh sun and sweat better then buy the 6277. I bought this hat too and he did is a little more comfortable to wear and MUCH more durable and lasts a lot longer. even if it is something more.
