The company contacted you to inquire about the issue, so I'm adding a few points to my review for the excellent customer service. When I first received the monitor I was very impressed. I use it daily. Lately it has started flickering and then going off and on. Now it just won't turn on. I passed the return window. I expected it to last more than 2.5 months. I am extremely disappointed.
