To put it succinctly and openly: A virtual sensor (1 photo 2 points - this is a sensor) is a sensor on the screen itself that operates from the front camera and motion sensors (software technology). Virtual sensors are becoming increasingly popular. When checked in on Samsung Member, everything is functional and displays accuracy, and when the number is called, it is. But what do we have at the end of it all? And the performance of the messenger applications (Facebook and Telegram) is really terrible. This happened extremely suddenly; at one point, the sensor either stopped displaying the indicator or displayed it just once before deciding it did not want to work again until you started a new voice or video message. This behavior was very surprising. Not to mention the fact that even the app itself doesn't operate (it's called Sensor Box for Android). I checked it out on an older Samsung A10, which has the sensor moved to the top of the screen, next to the speaker, and it was recognized on that device. This raises the question: is the issue with the sensor itself or with its software; for example, is it possible that the software update did not complete successfully? Also, when shaking the phone, there is a peculiar sound simply in the height (maybe this is a feature of the camera, as Samsung themselves stated so in the Amazon conversation).
