Make a mix and add 2 eggs or egg whites and about 2-3 tablespoons of cinnamon, then use the MINI Waffle Maker. This gives you cinnamon waffles that don't taste like protein waffles, are cheaper than egg waffles, and can be easily toasted and made in the morning. Throw in some cinnamon chips if you have kids and add some peanut butter between two of them and you have a mini protein breakfast. very economical for large bathtubs. Worth a try with my recipe!
