Review on 🚪 Graco Noah Dresser - 35.43x17.52x31.97 Inch - Pack of 1 - Pebble Gray by Valerie Sullivan

We received our parcel with a badly damaged box but the dresser appeared intact (except for a slat closest to the badly damaged corner, see photo). We pulled everything out and threw away most of the packaging to start building, but quickly found that most of the parts were missing. So now our son's room is a 100lb wooden mess with nothing to collect. I went to the support page for both Graco and StorkCraft (obviously the maker of this item) and both called **during business hours** for Graco only to be told no one was available due to a "company meeting" and StorkCraft hanged up as stated they are closed and I need to call back during business hours (remember I called during business hours). At the moment I have 2 active support cases with Grace and StorkCraft and am just trying to get someone to send me the parts so I can finish the dresser and clean up my son's room but I'm losing hope that someone will come in time will help . I just find it ridiculous that it's so difficult to get minimal help with something as simple as missing parts. If I hadn't already started assembling the dresser and all the packaging hadn't been torn up or thrown away I would definitely be returning this product as it was all so frustrating. Fingers crossed they'll be shipping the parts soon and the damn thing actually looks good when it's put together. Edit: I'm over it and posting it back, not worth the trouble.
