I really liked the product, it's very easy to set up and sync with the iPhone. The device is lightweight, easy to attach and detach from the racquet and has proven reliable through many applications. The app allows the user to focus on a single metric or use their burst factor (which uses a percentage of specific metrics to create a single metric) to work towards an optimal swing. It can also record swing videos that provide visual feedback versus swing and metrics. Finally, the measurements appear to be accurate based on visual observation and the ball's response to a gently thrown diamond. Mostly my 12 year old ball player uses it between practice and classes to stay in shape and avoid developing bad habits on a t-shirt or soft throw. A few things I don't like: There is no way to separate the metrics by user. . You can update the bat, which could theoretically help you identify a single user. However, at the time of writing this review, you cannot sort metrics based on bat without purchasing an updated app. While there are optimal ranges and explanations for each metric, there is little information on how each metric can be improved. Also, only some indicators are available in the free app, to get all you need to buy updated app again.
