Review on Nemco (55050AN-R) - The Ultimate Ribbon Fry Kutter for Perfect Cuts by Jeremy Watkins

I really like this tape cutter. It turns out potatoes in the form of a long spiral. When fried, they make delicious crispy fries. I bought another blade that attaches to this cutter that makes thicker ribbons and is similar to fried french fries. You will need a skewer for this blade, but the blade that comes with this knife does not require and cannot be used with a skewer. There is a bracket that can be installed on the countertop and has a knife attached to it. It keeps the cutter safe during use. I think this cutter is easy to clean and very easy to use.
